New home owners unsure if the alarm works and has some concerns with deliveries being left unattended.
Meeting with the owners I determined that there is a Bosch alarm, older type intercom with swipe card for access. Owners had concerns for online deliveries being left unattended.
The below is the outcome
Alarm just needed to be reprogrammed. All previous codes where deleted and new codes added. The system was tested and training provided.
The intercom was upgraded and include a digital combination for complete key less entry.
Just 1 CCTV cameras was installed to cover the driveway and front porch to verify deliveries. We combined the intercom and CCTV system into the 1 smart phone app for easy viewing of the front door and driveway. Plus they can answer the a knock on the door from anywhere
